I grew up in Southwest Missouri and later moved to a different part of the region to lead Salt Company as its Director. We were there until my family (my wife Tatum and our two sons, Scottie and Cooper) moved to Corvallis to plant Hill City. I was born in Kansas City, MO and married my wife, Katelyn, in the Summer of 2023. I worked for Hill City Salt Company in Springfield, MO for 3 years before helping launch Salt here in Corvallis. I grew up in a small town in northeast Missouri called Monroe City. I went to Missouri State University where I got super involved in The Salt Company. There, I was on the leadership team for 3 years, an intern for a year, and a resident for 8 months before deciding to help launch Salt Company in Corvallis.  I love being active outdoors, trying new things, listening and discovering new music, cooking, and learning about plants!
